What we collect
The application asks for your X handle, Slack invitation email, location, role, confirmation that your ecommerce business generates at least $1M in profit per year, and a short description of how you use AI. It does not ask for your store name, screenshots, or exact profit figure.
How we use it
We use application details to review eligibility, contact you about the community, and send an invitation if accepted. We may also use basic campaign attribution data to understand which outreach led to an application. We do not sell applicant data.
Storage and retention
Applications are stored in the site’s private database and are available only through the protected administrator view. We keep them while the community operates or until deletion is requested.
Third-party services
The site uses X advertising measurement when a campaign identifier is present. Accepted members use Slack, which processes information under its own policies. ECOM × AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Slack or X.
